If you require a rendering partner capable of handling a high volume of simultaneous projects due to a large workload, we might not be the best fit for your needs.

As a small company that values personal attention and dedication, we prefer not to overload our capacity. Therefore, projects demanding a substantial number of images within a short timeframe might not align with our optimal capacity. Our current optimal capacity is approximately 15 - 20 images per month.

​While we strive to accommodate diverse project sizes and requirements, very extensive projects may not be an ideal fit within our current operational capacity. We find our perfect fit in projects that last 2 to 4 weeks, with a scope of 5 to 15 images.

2. Do you create 360 images and virtual tours?

Yes! We can create 360 images and virtual tours for all areas of your project. 360 images will be developed only after the static image is approved, and there will be an additional charge starting from 50% of the static image price for this service. (We may request more information and detailed files from the client, depending on what will be shown in the 360 image).

Virtual tours will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the platform the client prefers for presenting the virtual tour.
3. Do you also create videos?

Yes, we can create videos of your projects. Similar to the 360 images, we start working on the videos only after the static images are approved. This approach helps us avoid architectural changes and allows us to focus solely on showcasing your project in the best possible way to your clients. Video costs and timelines will also be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, as there are many variables to be considered.
4. What is included in the renders?

All-Inclusive: 3D Modeling, Landscaping, Human Figures, Decor, Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, and more! Rest assured, we've got you covered, unless you have extraordinary demands.

Decor and Furniture Models: We have an extensive library with over 10,000 models, making it highly likely that we already possess the exact models you wish to represent or something very similar. Rest assured, we always strive to be as faithful as possible to your project.

Please note: Pre-made models for human figures, surrounding buildings, interior and exterior furniture, decor, as well as surrounding vegetation will be used. In case you require specific models for any element, we will evaluate the possibility on a case-by-case basis, and an additional fee may apply depending on the model.
5. How long will it take to have my renders ready after accepting the proposal?

The delivery time will be influenced by the number and intricacy of the images and models. Typically, for a medium-sized project (5 to 7 images) with smooth feedback cycles, our average turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks. Rest assured, after assessing your form and files, we'll provide a detailed estimate for your project.
6. Am I entitled to revisions? How many revisions are included?

Yes, of course! You are entitled to 3 revisions, one at each stage (PREVIEW 1, PREVIEW 2, FINAL IMAGE). It's important to carefully evaluate each revision. In case we need to revisit decisions made in previous revisions, a nominal fee starting from 10% may apply, depending on the type of alteration. We aim to deliver your project to perfection and ensure a smooth and efficient process.
7. What if I have a scope change after the project has started? Or a specific request for additions?

Absolutely, we understand that changes can occur during the project. For any scope adjustments or specific requests for additions, we will conduct a thorough evaluation on an individual basis. Based on this assessment, we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of costs and the time required for implementing the changes. Transparency and open communication are our priorities to ensure a seamless and satisfactory process.
8. And what about additional views of the same space? Whether it's capturing close-ups of specific details or exploring various interior and exterior camera angles?

Enjoy a 30% discount on each additional image for extra views of the same space. This discount applies to either an interior space that has already been modeled for another image or an external view from the same side of the facade. However, please note that the discount won't be applicable if it's a view of a facade that hasn't been shown previously. Take advantage of this special offer to enhance your project with more captivating perspectives.
9. Do you offer the option to request alternative versions of an already completed image? Such as testing different colors or finishes?

Absolutely! Requesting additional versions of the same image also comes with a 30% discount.
10. I'm interested in an aerial view or/and an accurate representation of my building in its surrounding environment. Can you accommodate that request?

In this case, we have several options available:

Drone Image Photomontage - The client must provide us with the drone image for the photo insertion along with the initial project files for evaluation. We'll assess the image's suitability for the photomontage and inform you if any adjustments or specific work are necessary. If applicable, we will provide a detailed quote for this option.

White Massing Model - This option involves creating a simple model to conceptually display the surrounding volumes without realism (see example). To ensure accurate representation, we'll need photos of the surroundings and, if possible, CAD or 3D files with measurements.

Realistic 3D Modeling - With this option, we'll fully model the entire surroundings in 3D and texture it realistically. It requires more time and investment but offers greater flexibility for alterations to the surroundings. To ensure the most accurate representation, we'll need a substantial amount of photos of the surroundings and CAD and/or 3D files with measurements.

We will evaluate with the client which option best suits their needs and provide specific quotes and timelines based on the complexity required.
11. What size will the images I receive be? And in which format?

We provide all finalized images in 4k resolution or equivalent size. If you need images in a larger size, such as 8k, an additional charge of 15% will apply.

The delivered images will be in JPG and TIFF formats. If you have any specific format preferences or require masks for post-production, kindly inform us in advance, and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities and make the necessary adjustments.
